By using our site, you indicate that you accept our terms and conditions, and the referenced policies, and that you agree to abide by them.
1. We provide services related to Web Development, Software & Mobile App development, Design, Video, photo & Audio, Social Media, Writing & Translation, Sales & Marketing, Business Support etc.
2. In Addition to services, we also provide physical & downloadable products.
3. There are thousands of individual and Unique Services which can be bought directly through the website. For any custom service, you can contact us using the contact form provided on the site.
4. All the Services offered under ‘Shop for Services’ are guaranteed and in case of failure to deliver the service by Bitrixa, you are entitled to get a full refund of the amount related to the service you bought. The final decision of whether the service has been delivered or not will be decided by the ‘Bitrixa Service Delivery’ team and the same shall be binding on the buyer.
5. We request the buyer of the services from under ‘Shop for Services’ to provide all the relevant and necessary information which will help us to execute and deliver the service in an effective manner. In case a service is bought and the buyer has not mentioned the required information which is essential for the delivery of services, we shall try to communicate with the buyer via the communication information provided. The buyer must respond with all the information sought within 7 days of purchase of the service. In event of non-response or if the buyer does not come up with the information sought then the amount for which the service is bought will be forfeited and Bitrixa shall not be held responsible for paying or refunding the money back.
6. Services offered under ‘Shop for Services’ are subject to be delivered within few hours to 1 Month depending upon what kind of service the buyer has bought. Please refer to individual services and minimum and maximum time of delivery provided therein.
7. We reserve the right to add or delete services from under ‘Shop for Services’ anytime without prior notice. However, the services bought before the deletion of the service will be fulfilled.
8. For SEO Services, the buyer has to pay a monthly SEO payment in advance. The monthly payment will be mutually decided based on custom SEO Service requirement. The minimum time requirement for SEO Packages are 6 months. However, if the client is not happy with the results he/she may cancel the agreement by writing to Bitrixa 1 month in advance.
9. We do update our policy periodically without notice so please check occasionally for any changes.
10. In compliance with the new GDPR regulation, Personal Information collected through the website will not be shared with any third party. We may use your personal information to contact you regarding the product and/or services you have requested. This includes re-registration/ renewal notifications, special offers, and surveys on improving our service.
11. Payment & Contract for Custom Services:
a) For Custom services or requirement a buyer needs to use the contact form or communication details shown on the website. Bitrixa will then communicate with the client to fix up a price and delivery time. For custom services the client needs to pay 50% advance and rest 50% on project completion (prior to delivery). In case of dispute, the client and Bitrixa will both mutually try to resolve the dispute.
b) Charges & imbursements methods for the services signed are described in the project reference e-mail sent to the customer by Bitrixa. Quotation stays official till 2 weeks from the quote sending day, & Bitrixa reserves the right to amend the quoted sum following the expiry of the quotation.
