DIGITAL LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This Agreement governs the use of digital products purchased from Bitrixa Limited.

1. Licence Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted:

• A non-exclusive

• Non-transferable

• Revocable licence

to use the product.

Ownership remains with Bitrixa Limited.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use for personal or internal business use

• Modify for internal purposes

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute

• Share download links

• Upload to public platforms

• Reverse engineer software (if applicable)

• Remove copyright notices

4. Intellectual Property

All content remains the property of Bitrixa Limited.

No ownership rights transfer.

5. Termination

We may revoke licence if:

• Terms are violated

• Unauthorised distribution occurs

6. No Warranty

Products provided “as is”.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to purchase price.

8. Governing Law

England and Wales.
