All products sold on this Website are digital products only.
No physical goods will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, customers are granted access to download the purchased product.

3. Licence & Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product.

You MAY:

  • Modify the product for your own use

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product

  • Upload the product to file-sharing websites

  • Claim the product as your own intellectual property

4. Intellectual Property

Purchasing a product does NOT transfer ownership or copyright.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Paypal, Stripe).

We do not store full payment details.

Prices are displayed in Pound Sterling and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

6. Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience a technical issue preventing download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

This policy complies with digital content regulations where customers waive their right to cancellation upon download.

7. Access & Downloads

  • May expire after a set period

It is your responsibility to download and store the product securely after purchase.

8. No Guarantees

While we strive for accuracy and quality:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

15. Affiliate Program Terms

15.1. Eligibility
Participation in the Bitrixa Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) Affiliate Program (“Program”) is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 or over who register via our affiliate sign-up page. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any affiliate (“you”, “Affiliate”) from the Program at our sole discretion, at any time, including after acceptance.

15.2. How the Program Works
Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link containing a tracking identifier. You may share this link to promote Bitrixa’s products and services. When a visitor clicks your referral link and completes a qualifying purchase within the tracking window described below, you will earn a commission, subject to these terms.

15.3. Commission
You will earn 10% commission on the net value of qualifying orders referred through your unique link. Commission is calculated on the final price paid by the customer, after any discounts or coupons have been applied, and excluding VAT. Commission rates may be changed by us at any time, with changes applying to referrals made after the change takes effect.

15.4. Tracking and Attribution
Referrals are tracked using a cookie stored in the visitor’s browser for 60 days from the date of the click. If a tracked visitor completes a qualifying purchase within this period, the commission is attributed to you. If a visitor clicks referral links belonging to more than one affiliate before purchasing, the affiliate whose link was clicked first will receive credit for the resulting sale.

15.5. Self-Referrals Prohibited
You may not use your own referral link to make purchases for yourself, a household member, or any entity you control. Orders identified as self-referrals will not generate commission and may result in removal from the Program.

15.6. Commission Approval and Reversals
Commissions are provisional until the associated order is complete and the applicable refund window under Section 6 of these Terms has passed. We reserve the right to void or reverse any commission where:

  • the associated order is refunded, cancelled, or subject to a chargeback;
  • the referral is found to violate these Terms (including self-referrals or fraudulent activity); or
  • the order was not genuinely generated through your referral link.

15.7. Payment
Payouts are processed manually and issued via PayPal. A minimum balance of £50 must be reached before a payout is issued. Amounts are calculated and paid in Pounds Sterling (GBP). You are responsible for providing accurate payment details, and we are not liable for payments sent to an incorrect PayPal address supplied by you. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on income earned through the Program in your jurisdiction.

15.8. Promotional Conduct
When promoting Bitrixa through the Program, you agree not to:

  • send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in misleading advertising;
  • bid on Bitrixa’s brand name, or close variations of it, in paid search advertising without our prior written permission;
  • make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about our products, services, or pricing;
  • use our name, logo, or content in a way that implies false endorsement, partnership, or employment beyond your role as an Affiliate.

Violation of this section may result in forfeiture of pending commissions and immediate removal from the Program.

15.9. Marketing Materials
Any banners, images, or promotional content we provide for use in the Program remain our property and are licensed to you solely for the purpose of promoting Bitrixa through the Program. This licence ends immediately upon your removal from the Program.

15.10. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your referral link will be deactivated. Commissions earned on qualifying orders prior to termination, and not subject to reversal under Section 15.6, will still be paid in accordance with Section 15.7.

15.11. Changes to the Program
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or these Affiliate Terms, at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15.12. Relationship and Liability
Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Bitrixa Limited. We make no guarantee of any minimum level of referral traffic, sales, or earnings under the Program. Section 9 (Limitation of Liability) of these Terms applies equally to your participation in the Program.
